Amazing Breakfast and Great Location!

The provided breakfast was a good SURPRISE! It came in a little bag full of different things and showed attention to detail. The location worked perfectly for my visit to the University. It was a pleasant setting. I found generous refreshments in my room, and the hosts were both friendly and helpful.
The sink in my bathroom was quite small. It made washing up a little difficult.

The hotel has a PERFECT spot near Warwick University, a quick five-minute walk gets you right onto campus. Nearby restaurants and shops are also convenient.

Every morning, a good breakfast arrived right at my door, it included a bacon roll, a warm croissant, porridge, fresh orange juice, cheese, and jam. The variety was excellent. I appreciated such a plentiful selection.

The location is very convenient, especially for visiting warwick university. breakfast was delivered to my door in a paper bag. It included several good options. the owner was helpful, and i appreciated the provided parking spaces. the cottage allowed me to leave my car after checkout while i attended a graduation.
the sink in the bathroom was a bit small and made washing a little awkward.

the bed was comfortable, soft pillows are provided. i enjoyed the coffee machine in my room. the location was near many places i wanted to visit. the host was always so friendly and helpful.
the room was a little small, and it felt cramped. it was a minor inconvenience, but it slightly impacted our comfort.

The secure area allowed the dogs to run free, a definite plus. breakfast was fabulous. I especially enjoyed the variety of options available. the location worked great. It was easy to get around. parking was simple, and access was straightforward. I will definitely consider staying here again when i'm in stoneleigh.
The sink in the bathroom was a bit too small. It was a little challenging to use comfortably, but this was only a slight inconvenience.
